  Called the Burgess Hill branch at 11:50 no answer, let it ring for 5 minutes, closing time advertised to be 12, terrible misadvertising, employees must have simply just gone home early.

  I recently made an order online and after a frustratingly hungry 10 minutes or the website glitching and selecting the wrong pizza I finally placed my order, all was well... until it was brough to my attention after I had received my goods that it had glitched again and ordered the wrong pizza. This is a problem with the website a d not the store.
  However when I turn rang the store I was greeted by a lady, I tried to explain myself and what had happened and she was far less than helpful and proceeded to tell me there was nothing she would do and wished me a good day (the last bit didn't really happen).
  
  I can deal with the website error but I'm far less than impressed with the customer service I received.
